Yes. DPsychDoc is a private-pay concierge practice. Payment is collected at the time of service. This model allows extended consultations, personalized treatment planning, and care focused entirely on your needs rather than insurance limitations.
DPsychDoc provides concierge psychiatric care for adults, including executive and professional consultation, adult ADHD evaluation and treatment planning, fertility and reproductive psychiatric evaluation, and gestational carrier and donor psychiatric evaluation.
It is a comprehensive mental health assessment for individuals or couples preparing for assisted reproductive treatment. The evaluation assesses emotional readiness, psychiatric history, current mental health, coping strategies, medication safety, support systems, and overall psychological preparedness. When requested, a detailed psychiatric clearance report can be prepared for your fertility clinic or reproductive endocrinologist.
This specialized evaluation is designed for gestational carriers (surrogates), traditional surrogates, egg donors, and sperm donors. It assesses emotional, psychological, and psychiatric readiness for participation in third-party reproduction and can include a detailed psychiatric report and clearance letter when appropriate.

Reproductive psychiatry evaluations start at $1,000–$3,500, with custom pricing depending on the evaluation type and requirements.
